WARRANTY POLICY

At USCarCover.com, we stand behind the quality of our car covers and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Below is our warranty policy for each product series:

Warranty Periods

  • DaShield™ Ultimum Series: 10 Years
  • WeatherTec UHD Series: 3 Years
  • WeatherTec HD Series: 2 Years
  • SoftTec Stretch Satin Series: Lifetime

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care. If your product experiences issues due to manufacturing defects during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by intentional destruction or misuse.
  • Issues resulting from improper installation, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Damage due to force majeure, including fire, explosions, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.
  • Damage or issues resulting from placing the cover on an unclean vehicle, including scratches, abrasions, paint dulling, or any related cosmetic damage.
  • Claims related to paint damage, clear coat deterioration, or vehicle finish, as these are outside of the intended protection of our car covers.

Limitation of Liability for Warranty Claims

The total liability of USCarCover under this warranty shall be limited exclusively to the replacement or repair of the product, or at USCarCover’s sole discretion, a refund of the purchase price. Under no circumstances shall USCarCover be liable for any additional expenses, including but not limited to vehicle repairs, painting costs, labor, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Paint & Surface Responsibility

At USCarCover, we are committed to protecting your vehicle with high-quality covers designed to prevent weather-related damage. However, certain conditions outside of our control may cause unexpected results if the product is not used correctly.
Please read the following carefully:

  • Our covers are designed for use on clean, dry, and properly maintained vehicles.

Using a cover on a car that has not been washed or dried can lead to trapped moisture, dirt abrasion, or chemical residue buildup—all of which can potentially cause paint hazing, dullness, or clear coat spotting.

  • This includes damage such as “paint hazing,” “blushing,” or moisture marks.

These are not manufacturing defects of the car cover, but rather a result of improper vehicle preparation or extended exposure to trapped moisture under the cover.

  • While these cases are rare, they are possible and fall under customer responsibility as outlined in our warranty policy.

We kindly remind all customers to thoroughly clean and dry their vehicle before using any car cover.

If hazing or spotting does occur, in most cases, the issue can be resolved by:
1.  Having the vehicle professionally washed and detailed.
2.  Using a high-quality buffing and polishing treatment.
If your vehicle experiences this type of issue, please don’t panic—it is usually reversible without needing repainting. Our support team is happy to guide you through the recommended steps to fix it.
By using our products, customers acknowledge and accept the importance of proper preparation and agree that such cosmetic outcomes are not covered under warranty.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase, photos clearly showing the issue, and a detailed description of the problem. All claims must be accompanied by clear photographic evidence and documentation supporting the claim. We will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.
USCarCover reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the stated criteria or lack sufficient documentation.
