RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At US Car Cover, we prioritize delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve created a return policy that offers flexibility for our customers while also maintaining efficiency in processing returns.
You are welcome to request a return or exchange within 30 days from the day your order is delivered. If your item is defective or incorrect, return shipping will be fully covered. For other returns, such as those due to preference changes, a restocking fee may be applied. Returns initiated after 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional fees or denial.
How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, you can either submit a request through our website Click Here, email us at info@uscarcover.com, or give us a call at 714-589-9992. Please provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for your return, and whether the package has been opened or remains sealed.
Once we receive your request, our returns department will assess the situation and respond within 2-3 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. To avoid restocking fees, items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Free Return Shipping for Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a product that is defective or an incorrect model, we will cover the return shipping under our No-Worry Guarantee. To verify eligibility for this, we may request photos of the product. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
Please note that free return shipping does not apply to orders outside of the continental United States or to non-defective returns.
Return for Change of Mind:
For returns that are not related to defects or shipping errors, a restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from your refund. In such cases, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure that the items being returned are in new, unused condition.
Additionally, if your order included any promotional items, these must also be returned. If any of the following bonus items are not returned, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your refund:
- Cable/lock set: $12.95
- Storage bag: $9.95
- Microfiber cloths: $9.95
Return Conditions:
- 30-Day Return Period: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
- Product Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition. If products show signs of use, they may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Return Process: Approved returns must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving the return instructions. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.
- RMA Number: Returns must include an RMA number on the package. Packages without an RMA number may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds:
Once we receive and process your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal). Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.
For returns processed beyond 60 days from the purchase date, we will issue a physical check as the refund method. In such cases, the return will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, and original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange your item for a different size or model, please contact our customer service team via phone or email. We will check availability and provide you with the steps to proceed with your exchange. Once the original item is received and approved, your new product will be shipped. There are no additional fees for exchanges unless the returned item is not in its original condition, in which case a restocking fee may apply.
To show our appreciation, we offer a 10% discount on your next purchase when you choose to exchange rather than return an item. This discount will automatically be applied to your next order.

To help reduce the need for returns, we provide detailed product information and accurate size charts on our website. Before purchasing, we encourage you to review these details to ensure that the product you select is the right fit for your vehicle. Holiday Return Policy:
For orders placed between Black Friday and December 25th, we offer an extended return period. These purchases can be returned until the second Friday of January for a refund. This extension applies exclusively to holiday purchases.
