SHIPPING POLICY

At US Car Cover, we prioritize fast, reliable, and transparent shipping to ensure you receive your products promptly. Below is all the essential information about how we handle shipping for your orders.
Free Delivery
- We offer free shipping on all orders $75 or more shipped to destinations within the Contiguous United States.
- For orders below $75, shipping costs are calculated based on your location during the checkout process. Simply enter your zip code and city to view shipping rates.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on a business day will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff, over the weekend, or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
- If the item is not available at our warehouse, we will source it from one of our retail partners and ensure delivery within 1-5 business days.
- Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS, but for some destinations, we may use USPS based on shipping availability and delivery efficiency.
Expedited Shipping
- Need your order faster? We offer FedEx 2-Day Air for $19.99.
- Expedited orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours from the time of order placement.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship internationally to Canada. Please note:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply once the product crosses the border.
- International orders are not eligible for free shipping, exchanges, or returns.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and P.O. Boxes
- Free shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
- For P.O. Box addresses, we use USPS for delivery, and additional processing time of 2-3 business days may be required.
Order Processing
- We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday.
- Most orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours.
- Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the progress of your package.
- If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) directly to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If packages need to be rerouted due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply.
International Orders Final Sale
All international orders are final sale. This includes orders to Canada. We do not offer returns or exchanges for international purchases, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees.
